Roots + Wings: A Creative Connection Playshop

Roots + Wings is a space to slow down, connect, and create together through art, energy, and presence.

It’s an invitation to step out of the rush of everyday life and into a shared experience of calm, expression, and meaningful connection.

This is not a traditional workshop or class.
There is no pressure to perform, produce, or get it “right.”

Instead, we create a gentle, inclusive environment where children and caregivers can explore side by side — following intuition, curiosity, and connection.

Together, we move through a guided experience that includes:

• Guided meditation
• Group and individual reiki
• Intuitive art creation (all materials provided)
• Tarot insight and reflection
• Mini portraits to capture the energy of the experience

Each element is offered in a way that is approachable, flexible, and supportive of all ages and abilities.

While we often speak to parents and children, this space is open to all caregivers: grandparents, guardians, and chosen family.

Whether your child is expressive and eager or more reserved and observant, they are welcome here exactly as they are.

This is a space where children can move, explore, and participate in their own way — and where caregivers are invited to meet them there.

Roots + Wings is grounded in the belief that connection begins within and extends outward. When we slow down and create beside our children, we co-regulate, we listen, and we reconnect — not just with them, but with parts of ourselves.

The roots represent grounding, safety, and the foundation we offer.
The wings represent growth, expression, and the freedom to become.

Both are needed. And both are nurtured here.

Investment:
$88 per parent/caregiver and child
$20 per additional person

All materials are included.

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate.
